A cliff-top garden built by a British judge in the 1880s and the ruined iron pier, Thalassery's favourite sunset spots.
Overbury's Folly, named after the collector E.N. Overbury who began a seaside garden in 1879 that was never completed, is now a landscaped park run by DTPC on a cliff overlooking the sea. A short walk away is the century-old iron sea pier, once used to load pepper and coffee onto ships.
